Spiv7 is more than just a betting platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who believe in a fair, safe and enjoyable gaming experience. Find out who we are, what we stand for and why hundreds of thousands of players trust spiv7 as their platform of choice.
Spiv7 launched in 2018 with a clear goal: to build an online betting platform truly designed for Malaysian players. Not simply copying an international platform model and adding surface-level Bahasa Malaysia support, but building something from the ground up with a deep understanding of who our users are, what they need and how they want to play.
From day one, the spiv7 team has been made up of people who deeply understand Malaysian sports and entertainment culture. We know that badminton is more than just a sport in Malaysia — it's a source of national pride. We understand that the Super League isn't just another football league — it's a match attended by families, friends and communities every weekend. That understanding shapes every product and service decision we make.
Over more than five years of operation, spiv7 has gone through many phases of growth and learning. In the early stages, we focused on building a solid technical foundation — a reliable security system, a payment infrastructure integrated with Malaysia's financial ecosystem, and a user experience that's friendly for players of all technical backgrounds.
Spiv7's second phase of growth was about product expansion — adding more sports, introducing Live Casino with Bahasa Malaysia commentary, growing our esports options, and developing the mobile app that is now the primary way the majority of our members access the platform. Every new feature we introduced was a direct response to feedback and requests from our player community.
Today, spiv7 has more than 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. Our platform processes hundreds of thousands of wagers every day with a consistently high transaction success rate. Our customer support team, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, handles enquiries and resolves issues in an average of under 3 minutes.
To provide the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online betting platform for Malaysian players — with the latest technology, best-in-class service and a commitment to responsible gaming.
To become the number one online betting platform of choice for Southeast Asian players, starting with Malaysia — a platform players are proud to recommend to their friends.
Safety first. Transparency always. Fun for everyone. Responsibility in everything. These four principles guide every decision made by the spiv7 team.
Every feature we build starts with one question: does this genuinely help Malaysian players? If the answer is yes, we build it. If not, we don't.
256-bit SSL encryption protects all your transactions and personal data. spiv7's multi-layered security system ensures your funds and information are always fully protected.
Spiv7's server infrastructure is optimised for minimum response times. Odds are updated every 3 seconds, transactions are processed instantly — no frustrating delays.
The spiv7 app for iOS and Android is purpose-built to maximise the user experience on smaller screens. Every feature of the full platform is available in the app — no compromises on functionality.
DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost — all the payment methods you already use every day are available at spiv7. Instant deposits, withdrawals within hours.
Spiv7's Bahasa Malaysia-fluent customer support team is ready to assist you at any time via live chat. Average response time under 3 minutes.
Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, Mobile Legends esports, NBA and 30+ other sports. spiv7 prioritises the sports Malaysians love, not just those popular in Europe.
These four core principles are more than words on paper. They are the daily guidelines that shape how we make decisions, how we treat our members, and how we build our products.
We never compromise on security, even if that means a slightly longer process. Members' funds and data are a responsibility we safeguard wholeheartedly.
Fair odds, clear terms, no hidden fees. We believe an informed member is a satisfied member — and satisfied members are the foundation of spiv7's success.
Every feature, every button, every process flow is designed with the player in mind. Not what's easiest for us to build, but what's most helpful and enjoyable for you to use.
Spiv7 actively supports responsible gaming through self-control tools, spending limits and easily accessible help resources. Sustainable enjoyment starts with responsibility.
Behind each of these numbers are real players, real experiences, and a trust that spiv7 never takes for granted.

Behind the clean, easy-to-use interface lies a complex and sophisticated technology infrastructure. spiv7 uses a distributed server architecture that keeps the platform stable and responsive even during peak moments — such as a Champions League final or a widely watched Olympic badminton match.
Spiv7's odds management system integrates with the world's leading sports data providers to ensure that displayed odds always reflect real market conditions and are updated in near real-time. This means players get fair, up-to-date value at all times.
Spiv7 takes seriously our responsibility to ensure this platform is used in a healthy and responsible manner. We recognise that betting can become addictive for some people, and we do not want our platform to contribute to that problem.
Spiv7 provides a range of self-control tools accessible directly from within your account — daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and the option to self-exclude for a set period. All these tools can be activated by the player without needing to contact customer support. One thing that sets spiv7 apart from many other platforms is our approach to promotions and bonuses. We believe promotions should deliver real value to players — not just serve as marketing tools with near-impossible conditions to meet.
All spiv7 promotions come with terms and conditions written in clear, plain language — not fine print packed with legal jargon. Rollover requirements are stated upfront, timeframes are communicated clearly, and there are no hidden surprises when you go to claim your bonus wins. Spiv7 doesn't stop here. We are continuously planning and developing new features that will further elevate the Malaysian player experience. In our pipeline are upgrades to the live streaming system, the introduction of more Southeast Asia-specific esports market options, and enhancements to the VIP program that deliver more meaningful rewards to loyal players.
Spiv7 is also expanding its presence in other Southeast Asian markets, though Malaysia will always remain our primary market and the core of every product decision we make. Every improvement we build will always start with the same question: is this better for our Malaysian players?
We extend our sincere gratitude to every spiv7 member who has trusted and continues to trust our platform. Your trust is the greatest motivation driving the spiv7 team to keep delivering their best every day.
More than 500,000 Malaysian players have trusted spiv7 as their preferred betting entertainment platform. Register for free today and discover for yourself what makes spiv7 different.
